Our Network

All of Crosswinds servers are located in a Peer1 colocation facility. Peer1 (peer1.net) focuses only on providing colocation facilities, and it shows.

Peer1 has some of the lowest ping times (18ms latency within their network from coast to coast) on the continent and has a 100% packet guarantee.

Peer1 has over 400 peering partners to ensure that your data has many paths to get from you, to your customers.

What does this mean to you?

Blazing fast connections, that are up all the time. Since we have been with them, we have experienced 0 network outages - the only complaints we have received were due to other networks having issues and not being able to get to Peer1 - obviously, these providers need to do their networking like Peer1 does!

Our Servers

Crosswinds hand selects the components that we use for our servers based on many years of experience. Crosswinds has constantly been at the leading edge of hardware usage and repeated astonished our hardware vendors with the punishment that we dish out.

This means that we know what vendors are good, and who does not make the cut. We will not provide our customers with cheap hardware that will fail!
